Not a big fan of wine but love a decent bottle of lager, can anybody recommend some exotic/expensive ones to indulge in..

I love hoegaarden..

I have found this so far..

Well I liked http://www.brewdog.com/ beer enough that I became a shareholder smile

Trashy Blonde, 77 Lager, 5am Saint, Punk IPA = all regular drinkers here... The others are all in the 'beer cellar' for special occasions smile

Another vote for this, got the taste for it in SA and was very happy to see that the local Sainsbury has recently started stocking it so have a chilled one open at my side right now, yum!

I think that's kasteel cru - one of my locals had it not too long ago. Heineken is my favourite lager, closely followed by the rest of the 5% brigade of Star, Stella and San Miguel.

o.k i have decided on after some beer and googling

Kasteel Cru 330ml

Peroni gran riserva

Nils Oscar god lager

St. Mungo lager

will give these a shot tommorow..
