Panier bags on a carbon frame

After some advice... In the next few days I am going to be buying a 2011 Felt AR4 road bike as I want to get into road cycling (always been a mountain biker) and want to start cycling to work..

My issue is that in August me and a few friends are cycling to Amsterdam meaning Im going to need to carry luggage for 5-6 days.

What options do I have for paniers that will fit this bike? The main issue is the seat is not only carbon but its also aero shaped...
