Pre-cat side repeater replacement

Having just carelessly knocked the lens off my nearside repeater could anybody tell me how I can access the unit to replace it, please

ps I have seen that the unit is from a Fiat Panda but is this the same unit as fitted to the Mark 1 Fiat Multipla?

You should be able to get your fingernails behind it and 'squeeze' it out Nigel
Here is what is should look like when its off - I say should because you never know with TVRs eh.
