Trailers

Has anybody use a trailer to move their cerbera around? We have just changed our (normal) car for something more capable of towing and i am on the lookout for a trailer, not really sure on the right size or type at the minute so any help appreciated.
We have been looking at twin axle trailers from BJ etc but not sure on the loading or bed length we require.

Deffo go for twin axle, so much more steady on the road than a single axle if harder to push around.

Pretty much any twin axle will do the job just watchout for ramp angles.

I have a twin axle BJ185 trailer which I used to transport my old Cerbera, great trailer and I would recommend.

when my cerbera broke down the garage put it on/in the back of a brian james trailer. it fitted ok but the mechanic couldnt get out. the bottom of the door wouldnt clear the bottom/side of the trailer to open enough for him to get out. when he was out of the car it would open.

Ifor Williams 16ft tilt bed with ramp works quite well.

I use a bateson twin axle tilting bed trailer, its great but you need to winch it on the last few feet as you can't get out of the car otherwise. :-)

Heavy trailer but a joy to tow.

I have a Brian james 1300 Clubman and the Cerbera fits, just, tows fine and feels well weighted but it overhangs at the back a little bit.
