Verbal abuse worse than a kick in the g00lies

The Daily Telegraph said:

"Det Insp Karl Skrzypiec, of the British Transport Police, compared their behaviour to that of the St Trinian's pupils, in the Fifties films. There were a lot of hysterical, screaming girls. The verbal abuse and the swearing was appalling," he said. "They were scratching the police officers, grabbing hold of them and kicking them in the back of the legs and the groin area - and the verbal abuse was worse than that."

Strange that a British Transport Policeman should be more cowed by swearing than by a kick in the family jewels. Any BTP BiB on here like to comment?
