My first post on here so i am looking for tips and advice. I am considering buying a Noble but wondered if you guys could point me in the right direction and let me know of any pit falls to watch out for.

Thanks

Think we need to make one of the old threads a sticky as this question will be asked for years to come smile

or something filtered down in the FAQ under Noble wiki as each of the various threads will take a slightly different angle? So each model would have a list of points to check..

Don't worry just try search, hopefully one of the threads will turn up and I'm sure some will repost some specific points on the model you are looking at. Don't be put off.

Thanks Rob.

If anyone knows of one for sale please shout. I am looking at the one (Blue one) that Plan Motorsport have on PH but am a little worried about the mileage. What is considered to high?

I'd say mileage should be compared to servicing bills etc. If the car's been cared for, mileage shouldn't matter. After all, every owner can only go in one direction regarding mileage unless it's in a museum.
I've put 33000 miles on my 2.5 in 4 years and it owes me nothing. I've just been quoted 6k by Mole Valley to put things right, which although sounds frightening, it's only £1500 a year over the 4 that I've had it. Very cheap for a supercar.

Agreed, my M400 has just hit 30,000 miles,22 thousand of them done by me.I always get any recommendations done at the services, and the head mechanic at the dealership has said that it's probably the stongest std 400 they see.
Gaps in the schedules, missing stamps, no interim maintenance bills etc would put me off much more than mileage.Got it back today after 2 weeks without it and fell in love all over again.

1. Read every post in this forum...
2. Get down to Goodwood for the brekkie club meet next Sunday; should be at least half a dozen of The Nobility around.
3. Get one.
