Rear camber setting

Having polybushed, Por15 etc I am now reassembling the rear corners. When I stripped it down the camber setting was maxed out! I will be taking it in asap for a geo setting but how should I initially set the camber? As it was (the car drove fine) or take a mid setting? How much difference does it actually make/
