Hi

I can get the live data on the screen, datalogging etc but I can't get the logs or the fault codes. The icon comes on but then it says upload failure.

Any ideas?

Odd, problem, you are using com1 I take it?

Yep, can see live data, all the sensor inputs but can't download the adaptives or logs.

Strange, must be a coms problems. Just wondered if anyone had faced a similar problem.

Sorry Neill, I cant help on that one. I would offer a try with mine but I have to use my brothers laptop as I have no serial port and the adapter I have is pants.

turns out it is the cable (USB-Serial) on my third one, and everything works. :-)
