Megabusa, billet gearbox

Anyone have any experience with modifying hayabusa gearboxes? I'm currently modifying a hayabusa engine to make it "race ready" and more reliable, I was considering adding a billet steel gearbox, quite a bit of money, so I was wondering is anyone had any input?

could be the option, lower 1st and higher 6th, not a bad idea for the "mission"

I dont think Duncan Cowper uses a regular gearbox on his Hayabusa Rush ( not sure how muck is actually Hayabusa anymore anyway... :-) ). He does come on here, maybe he can advise you about gearboxes soon.
