Top Gear - becoming a farce?!

Am I the only one thinking that Top Gear has stopped being a 'real' car show?!

Was Clarkson in the car balancing on the edge? I'm guessing not..

Why was Clarkson not wear his seatbelt descending the dunes in the final scene?

Bearing in mind that Top Gear is my favourite TV show, perhaps I'm expecting too much, or has it become a little too 'Hollywood' for it's own good?

they're still around. Their current series ended not long ago. They still make videos and upload them on youtube/on their website. The latest being a review of the Polo GTI.

I thought the whole point of the transition from "old Top Gear" to "new Top Gear" a few years ago was that it went from being a show about cars, to being a car-themed chat show.
