Hello just noticed a watch I have really wanted for a long time and now can just about afford (41mm automatic hydroconquest)is now available on this site refurbished with a 12 month guarantee for £500. This seems a good price to me and I will probably look at buying it next week just wanted to know if anyone has had any positive/negative experience with this site before I put a lot of my saving's into a watch...

Just seen it look's lovely wish I could afford one lol. But thank's have dropped them an email with regards to condition if it's good as new I will probably go for it as it's still over a £100 saving for me and looking at price's they go for should hold it's money pretty good at that price.
Is they anything else I should be considering at around this price point?

See what DomH comes up with or, as an alternative, someone like Banks Lyon? Never dealt with Watchfinder personally but have read mixed reports. Plus, new has a certain charm & may not be that much different, price wise. Not sure what RRP is, but you ought to be aiming for ex VAT price for something like this.

I found them rude and unhelpful when I asked for better pictures of a watch I was interested in, obviously I brought it at my local AD instead.

I've heard they're reasonably flexible on price so you could maybe give them a call and see what they'll do.

Just seen that the mark's on the bracelet worry me a bit however could they be polished out and how much would that cost? Would probably be interested at around the 375 mark if a polish was not too expensive...
