Drive Shaft Replacement Cost

I've been informed that my OS drive shaft is showing signs of wear.

Any idea as to how much this will cost to rectify?

Presumably the person who told you it needs doing has given you a price? I expect they mean CV joint(s) not the half shaft itself. From memory a CV is around £100 ish, they are normally replaced in pairs, add in a couple of hours labour.
