Who's SEAC is this?
Discussion
John Mleczek, one of the ex factory staff, gave me this photo of a Mist Blue 450 SEAC thinking it was my car. It is not mine as the wheels are different and from what I can make out of the registartion on the original photo it contains the numbers ***620 or 630 but it is difficult to read.
There are not that many 450's in blue so if it is yours contact me and I will send you the original photo.

How is John? I met him when he did the factory tour in '97 or '99, I forget which. I recall him telling me of the problems they had with early Tasmin bonnets sagging with heat and how they used to straighten them...

I'm pretty sure that was previously owned by Lee Hodgkins and sold 2 yrs ago via pistonheads.
Seal Blue, 1989, blue dash top.

Well my SEAC was owned by Lee Hodgkins and is Seal Blue (Ford Paris Blue) and has a blue dash top!
Reg G968 DWP!
But I don't think it's mine because in the factory pic it shows the car to have light grey surround to the windsreen, mine is blue like the dash.
So that's one less it could be! (Be nice if it was)

One of my aerials was for my car phone that was built in the centre armrest it gave poor reception so I think Duncan had it removed, mine was cream seats with blue inserts with an amp and woofer in hidden in the boot with a false rear bulkhead and a blue flap in the centre armrest for the said phone with a lock on it all done at the factory.

Originally mine had a HEO (Barrow) reg I had a few extras built by the factory, bought through Dave Haughins in Barrow I think Duncan still has it he had it totally refurbished. You can see the blue dash top I had a personal reg on it so not sure what reg it is on now.

The interior pic shows the handbrake next to the gearstick! Thought they usually had an umbrella one under the dash.
