Hypothetical only I'm afraid. 50:50 split here on the outcome. I can't help thinking if I drank it I would rip something trying to throw it up again and that the sugar might completely fk me up?

Well you would be increasing your glucose (sugar) levels by a ridiculous amount - so if you did manage to drink it all and keep it down you would probably be very unwell!

As others said, you would probably throw up before it all went down.

Well, I suppose if he just glugged it down, then yes. I just imagined he would leisurely drink it on account of how disgusting it would be, and I say this as someone who loves sweet food.

Puking would start much earlier than that.

Blood glucose > implies some kind of digestion. Stomach would reject it before getting to that point and that's assuming the fool eating it could even get close to swallowing a significant amount.
