Murcielago tyre choice

I need two new front tyres and currently have P Zero Rossos all round. New Rossos are out of stock with no expected date for new ones to be delivered it seems.

What are your opinions/experiences on the best alternatives that are compatible bearing in mind I do not necessarily need to replace the rears for a while yet?

Does it matter if I've got a different tyre make/model on the front and rear axles or should I be replacing all four at the same time?

Whilst you can get away with it on 'normal' cars, I would definately not have a different make/model of tyre front to back on a Murci. I have always stuck with Pirelli's for Lamborghini's, so cannot advise on alternatives. How about looking for P-Zero stock from abroad?
