10 years anniversary Watch

I would like to get a watch for myself and my wife for our 10 years anniversary soon.

Any suggestion ? Wifey rather like Tag Heuer but open to alternative.

Will I able to get good discount if getting both at same time ?

I'm not sure but I think you tend to be able to get more off a Ladies model.
