Monaco GP 2011 road trip. Need help...
Discussion
I've promised my other half to take her to Monaco, we will have about a week with 3-4 days before and after the GP.
I've been to Monaco before, but not during the GP.
I will be driving so will need to leave a car somewhere for the day. I'm assuming parking in Monaco, Monte Carlo etc for several hours on the GP day will be a)impossible b) ridiculously expensive. Where would you leave the car and how would you get to Monaco from there?
As for the GP, I know it's a street circuit, but I still need to buy tickets to see anything, correct? Anything I should know? Best places to buy them, which sectors etc?
Any good, not overly expensive and hopefully still available places to stay near Monaco?
Any other tips from PH massive?
Thank you!

Park at Roquebrune Cabbe station for nothing and take the train for 2 euros or so Monaco (3 mins aprox)
Look at acm.mc site to buy tickets (automobile club de monaco) K stand gives best and widest view + large screen.
Try agencies on the Menton side of Monaco for apartments to rent for the week. Royal agency menton may be able to help. Ask for Corine, she speaks english
Good luck
