Toyo R888 best prices, new or used?

Has anyone recently bought Toyo R888s at prices they consider to be unbeatable, if so where? I need sizes 245/45/16 and 205/50/15, and medium compound.

Other than looking on eBay and PH classifieds is there anywhere else I might find used but road legal R888s in those sizes?

you won't find any new ones that size and you have covered the only second hand route, although they seem to fetch nearly new prices for the second hand ones, just had the same problem, ended up with khumos from demon tweeks, very happy with them

Hmmm I have a brand new pair of 15" fronts on standard Chimaera wheels.
I bought the full set but only ever used the rears for the drag strip.

They are £162 each plus delivery on tyredrive if you know a fitter near you?

Camskill are the cheapest around and if you are a TVRCC member theres 20% of the web price of £162 & £120 (but no stock!)

bloody ell they have gone up in price, I got a full set for my Griff 500 a few years ago for £390 fitted.

from memory fronts 225/50/15 £70 rears 245/45/16 £125 fitted.

I'll get them fitted at my local garage, and as there are no old tyres to dispose of I expect the cost to be somewhere in the region of £10-15 per wheel.

Demon Tweeks only had 4 left when I phoned, and other places such as Bridge Tyres, Camskill, Protyre Motorsport (Micheldever) had none, so I thought I'd better get the two I needed while they were available.
