Anyone used them?

Had an email through & a quick look makes me think it's worth a crack? Listed on the major sites with for sale boards provided. Thoughts?

Depending on the value of your house, I would generally steer clear. If you're not desperate or in a rush, give them a go, what's the worst that could happen?!! If you're house is in good condition/high value/you need a quickish sale, go with the traditional estate agent.
(just think, if you hadn't heard of them before, how many prospective buyers would have heard of them?!)

Does that matter if it is listed on Rightmove? I'm in no rush to sell, in fact at the moment I see no point even trying the market, the stuff that is out there at the moment is dire/other priced/both! Think i'll drop them an email so I can see one of their listings on Rightmove.Gassing Station | Homes, Gardens and DIY | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
