Guys

When the G50 box is installed in the ultima where exactly should the serial number be?
I.e. can i view it easily?

The box is a g50/52

The number is stamped into the flange of the second housing rearward. It is now on top of the box where it would have been underneath for Porsche. You should be able to see the flange just behind the chassis rail near the 'box breather.
