Sucker Marks

I removed all te climbing ivy from my house walls only to be left with
small white suckers stuck to the bricks.
Does anyone know how these can be removed easily

I have recently taken down ivy from a side wall of the house which left extensive unsightly clinging root growth....3 hours later not sign of it!
