What more can I say? Absolutely gutted. The Cerbera has sold to the first person who drove it - as expected - and I have just watched him drive it away. 
On the plus side, he seems like a very nice bloke and exactly who we were looking to find to keep the mighty Cerb firing into the horizon for years to come. I hope he continues to look after it in the manner which it has become accustomed and can get somewhere near the amount of fun we have had in it. It had become a fourth car and just wasn't being used, which is no good for the car or us, its just gutting to not have it there anymore, I guess we also have a T350C to ease the pain. I'll do a proper thread comparing the two shortly, which will clarify why it doesn't/cannot yet fully replace the Cerb.
I will be back, possibly in the same car eventually, there really is nothing like a Cerbera. I'll still be part of the forums (obviously) and hopefully still see old Cerb friends as often as we have been doing with the new TVR, you're not rid of me yet!!

As far as I know, it'll be enjoying a semi-retirement from track work/sprints/hillclimbs, but I don't doubt that could change when the new owner gets more used to it and wants to see what it can do when fully let off its leash! I think it'll be enjoyed on the road for the moment, then have a spruce up over the next year or so - I honestly cannot wait to see what happens with it, such a great car for us, and hopefully for the new owner.

I actually fell pretty guilty buying her and every time I asked if you really wanted to sell and the answer was "no" just made me feel worse!!
I dont think there's anyway I can do her as much justice as you and your father have done over the years....track days are a definite maybe,but I don't think my driving ability extends to racing/sprints just yet....but you never know. I didn't stall her in front of you even though I was expecting to!!! :-) so I've surprised myself already!!!
I'll do my absolute best to keep her in the way she's accustom and you guys certainly have first refusal if I ever have to sell.
As expected she sounds awesome in the underground garage that's now her home, even my flatmate heard me pull in.....and I live on the 9th floor!!
Also a big thank you to another PH member (no names mentioned) for help/advice and putting up with my procrastinations...I owe you dude!!
All said and done though, I can't believe I now own a Cerbera, Ive loved TVRs since 1997 when I had my introduction in a Chimp and been yearning ever since. The A5 has NEVER been so much fun.......
I'm gonna need all the help I can get from you guys on all the quirks and foilables of owning one the most amazing cars still on the road today.

Cerb vs T350 will be posted over the coming week or two, want to give the T350C more of a fighting chance, so waiting for another sprint before I post a comment on it... They're two very different cars, surprisingly so.
I have to admit, as upset as I was when it went, sounds like Steve's already had a blast in it, hopefully its little protest at being sold(!?) is going to be sorted asap. I look forward to the point where I accidentally stumble upon the car again at an event in a couple of years and see how its changed. From what was mentioned before, it's going to look the absolute business.

Interestingly, I'm still coming to terms with the loss of mine two months ago.
I now have an Exige in it's place, which is great fun too, but it certainly doesn't have the majesty of the mighty Cerb.
And strangely, I still spend most of my time on the TVR forums, I will remain in the club, & I'm still lurking round the classifieds!!!

OWWWWW Bud you can see her next weekend,and lets just say she has been cleaned,cleaned and then cleaned,then i polished polished and polished it and cleaned her again.Few jobs done but she will be stripped down later this year and fettled to her hearts contentI now have an Exige in it's place, which is great fun too, but it certainly doesn't have the majesty of the mighty Cerb.

We looked at an Exige (in various guises) and it just didnt quite hit the spot. The T350C is closer to the mark, but its no Cerbera, its not a disappointment, its just very different - better in some ways, lacking in others. Hard to put in words, but as I said earlier, I'll try over the next week or so.
I know what you mean Ben, it's very difficult to articulate the feelings following the change from a Cerb to another performance machine.
I've already done a track day in mine & it was more accomplished on track, which was nice. In some ways it's more of an
occasion but in so many others, it can't ever compare. I had the Cerb nearly 9 years, which must say something as I only ever normally keep any car 3 years!
