Decided to keep the mx

I have decided I am going to keep the mx5 and do the work needed on it, I was wondering what rims people think would suit. It's a mk1 in green I was thinking along of the lines of some gold BBS split rims, any ideas on where they can be found or any suggestions on others would be appreciated. I am also looking at a bit of performance upgrade, probably starting filter and exhaust what are the best for the car?

Another vote for the RB's. In fact I'm just about to take the BBS's off mine to put RB's on.

Have just bought (but not yet picked up) an early ('98) Mk 2 with big Ripspeed alloys on it which I am slightly worried about, ride-wise. Do Mk 1 wheels fit on the Mk 2, does anyone know? I can't tell from the pic of the Ripspeeds how many studs it's got.

Those Rota wheels look amazing btw. They make the car look very Lotus-like.

Are you changing them for any reason other than cosmetics? Only asking as like the look of BBS's.

Yep, cosmetic. Never really liked the look of the BBS's, on the other hand I've wanted a car with Minilites since I was about 12.
