Suddenly went bonkers then started working again.
Digital speedo remained correct throughout.
Any ideas? Cheers.
Stepper motor and or drive going tits up. IIRC if it were the sender then the digital speedo fails also. When mine went, the needle used to 'stick' during the start up sweep or at any given speed when driving.Digital speedo remained correct throughout.
Any ideas? Cheers.

Expensive fix? or cheap to do?
Cost me £120 to get it fixed, that was remove/install the pod myself, it was over 12 months ago so not sure if the price is still correct. You can buy the motors (p/n# is on the back of them but they are quite expensive and I guess its not worth the bother.Shep
