Porsche specialist Bromley recommendation?

I'm looking for somewhere to get my 987 serviced near Bromley. Has anyone ever used www.911box.co.uk or able to recommend somewhere fairly local?

Hi Jimmy, I use 911Box for my 996TT, service is very good but they arent the cheapest around, they insist on only using OEM parts and fluids for servicing and repairs, which is a good thing I guess but not very flexible. I mainly deal with Geoff over there, so far had no problems and would recommend if you have the budget.

Its not like theres anyone particularly close (must be half an hour to the nearest independant from them)

Ive bought 3 cars from 911box & they have taken them back in PX as well. A very nice place to buy a car or to have it serviced,They service all my Porsches. They do sub the work out but you get their stamp in your book & their invoice,
So any thing wrong with the car its down to them, If they are local to you . If you go miles away ,then you have a problem, then it really a pain back & forward,

I am sure it's Addspeed in Horsham.
I used them after I found out you can go direct. They collect the car from home and drop it back.
But I would go to Cliff at Project9.

Must be the lowest profile Indy around, very local to me, but never heard of them

We're in the same area as you, and my Dad travels out 50 miles or so to Wrightune for each service, or whenever something needs doing on the car. Absolutely top notch service, you can't fault them. They use genuine Porsche parts only, but a major service for your Boxster still comes in at only £250.

You're all correct, Addspeed do 911Box work, Cliff is the Muts Nuts, JJ works from home (only just got a 1 page website going although he has been in the game for donkeys and has a great reputation too.)

He's still there, but seems permanetly closed

Ther was a 3.2 Carrera outside when I drove past on Tuesday though so I guess he's still doing the odd bit

Why do 911box use Addspeed? Keston to RH13 5TX is about 1hr, how do they transport the cars?

No need to be flippant, was just trying to help. In all honesty I scan-read the thread thinking about a place in Keston whose name I couldn't remember. I bothered to look it up using Google Maps and by that time obviously forgot that 911box had already been mentioned.

Wish I hadn't bothered now...
