A few of us got talking about Irn Bru sorbet last time we were all out eating so it's about time we all went to St Luca's!

This Saturday at around 4, though please feel free to pipe up if the time doesn't suit. Invites are on the facebook group also.

See you there, mines a praline parfait (and clearly some Irn Bru sorbet) thumbup

Might have to take a pootle along and enjoy some fine icey stuff.

Anyone got a decent BBQ they can bring along, have a burger or 2 on the beach at Niddrie or somewhere else suitable?

OK, so I might have got the place wrong, so will change it to, further along than the ice cream place! Is that better G?

I didn't know Luca's did Irn Bru sorbet! Do they sell it at the Morningside shop too?

Always thought it was just a Janetta's of St. Andrews thing...

Valuable local knowledge:

  1. Longniddry != Niddrie

Think an EdinBBQ is a brilliant idea at some point. However I've just checked the weather frown

Yup and a sunami would do Niddrie no harm at all, maybe clean the place up a bit!biggrin

Saw the forecast as well, heavy rain on Saturday. I was hoping to make it down in the vette but I had a call today to say I am having a small operation on my hand tomorrow which will mean no driving for 2 weeks. rolleyes

Fortunately indoor ice cream is not weather dependent...

A BBQ on a dry day is a very fine idea though.

Jonathan's newsagent in Longniddry. Opposite the Co-Op and down the hill a bit.
