Logging out

Hi,
I keep getting logged out.
Every time I return to the "What's New" from a updated thread I have been automatically
logged out.
It can't be my internet settings as this is the only forum it happens on.
Can you shed any light on this please.

Probably a corrupt cookie, try clearing them and then logging back in and it should work properly again

Thanks for the reply.
Even though I run CCleaner after every internet session and have manually deleted the cookies in
the past, the logging out has still happened.
So far it has not done it this session. I will continue and see what happens.

Pretty sure switching between the many and various domains cause issues.

Still doing it. Logging me out automatically.
I have tried deleting the cookies but this makes no difference. It is just something
new that has started to happen within the past couple of days.
As said earlier it is just this site that does it.
Any other suggestions.

Unfortunately it seems to be a local problem to you, as the login credentials are stored in a cookie on your machine. Clearing the cookies is the best advice we can give for this, but sometimes it can be caused by following links that swap domains - so it appears you are logged out.

Though I have never experienced this problem myself, some in the team do have bouts of getting logged out for a few days or so and then it goes away again. So there is some investigation we need to do to work this out, but till one of the techie team can replicate the problem it is hard to diagnose. Sorry we cant be more help.
