Mini brake servicing.

I'm going to give the mini a thorough service in the next few days and I am ok with most of it, however, I have never had a car with drum breaks so I was wondering if anyone could point me towards a decent walkthrough on how to service drum breaks.

If it is of any relevance it is a 1991 mini City.
