Just noticed this myself and came on here to give a heads up.

You and me are probably the only people who watch it though smile

I like his delivery and material. There is nobody like him out there.

I went to see his live show where he tested the material for the show, it's absolutely brilliant. Probably the most I have ever laughed in my life.

I saw the live show where he showed the material in this series, but still worth a watch. Thank God for Stewart Lee when otherwise we'd only have the likes of Michael McIntyre.

'My Grandad, he loved crisps.. he loved all the flavours..(pause)... he loved plain..."

Dear jdoe,

'tis on iplayer.

Slightly too self re(f/v)erential. No need to telegraph the bringing together of loose ends.

I did enjoy him dressed in a Godzilla suit and fighting the giant lobster*, you don't get that with Michael chuffing Macintyre,

regards,
Jet
*For those who didn't see it, no you haven't entered a parallel universe where Stewart Lee dresses up in a Godzilla suit and fights a giant lobster (and a death ray shooting moth).
It happened in this one,
where you're sitting,
now.

Watched it last night, excellent. The running linked gag is something Harry Hill used to do exceptionally well in his stand-up routines before he hit the TV big time and went mainstream.

"You can't work a mixed ability room!"

Great program and had me laughing at loud smile

I quite enjoyed that bit. Sometimes he credits you with intelligence and doesn't even bother with the "punchline", sometimes he plays around with calling you a thicko.

Sorry - it caught me a bit unawares.

Without wanting to create any spoilers - all I'll say:

Fantastic end sequence, but I'm wondering what Paddy Mcguinness did to Stewart in a previous life!
