Decent tool chest on a budget?

I currently have about 6 inherited tool boxes, scattered about the garage, plus some old Roses tins with random bits in. I fancy a proper tool chest to keep everything in one place, with wheels so as to be able to move it around a bit.
It's only for very occasional use, not daily - and a quick search online turned this up, with a 4 star customer rating - and for that price, is it any good? I've only had Halfords Professional kit before, but been impressed with it.

Or am I better off getting something second hand, keeping my eye on Ebay? Budget would be about £80 max for the moment, hence looking at that. I'm not expecting terrific build quality at all for that price.

Ive got a Halfords professional tool chest in the garage and have similar useage to you.
Have had no problems at all and makes things a lot easier with everything in one place.
I would recommend trying to go for a unit that has ball bearing drawers though, especially if there is any weight in a drawer.

Hmm, didn't realise there weren't ball bearings.

I've got the above Halfords one.
Had it for about 2 years and use it about every other week. The lack of ball bearings has never been an issue for me.
Machine mart do some good deals. Might be worth a look there if you're after something better but unless you're using very regularly I wouldn't fork out for what is really just a smoother action draw.
It's just a box at the end of the day.
ETA: oh and as per the sealey one, the rollcab isn't lockable on the halfords one either. Which is my only annoyance.

I found a pair of 9 drawer top boxes at the dump, one sits on top of the other, so there is a top tray in the lower one you cant access, cost nothing as I put them in the car when the 
dump bloke wassnt looking.
I bought a Screwfix Hilka 7 draw roll cab, about £100 IIRC.
Its well worth it, I found it made me look after my tools more carefully.
