Will a 968 spoiler fit a 944S2?
Also did the 968 have tear-drop mirrors & will they fit an S2?

The glass itself is the same between both cars but the spoiler mounts are different.
It is then not possible to fit directly the 968 solid spoiler on a 'rubber hatch' and vice versa. All the parts around the base have to be changed as well.

Picture of a 968 turbo S/RS wing on a 944 turbo : the spoiler itself is different but the mounts are same as 'stock' 968 spoiler.

The 968 bridge spoiler is exactly the same as the 944's.
Can't remember exactly the total cost except it's eye-watering if bought from Porsche. You may better try find a complete second hand hatch. I was offered one for £400 a couple of weeks ago but decided it was a lot of money for such a frivolous comestic tweak.
Also I like to be able to leave the cap on the spoiler when I fill the car up, not as easy to do with the bridge spoiler which is pretty sensitive to scratches.

PS : the car pictured is not mine

I have a 968 spoiler on my S2 and I jam the cap into fuel filler nozzle handle (sorry - unsure of the name) so I do not have to hold the nozzle. I can just watch it fill up!
