New BMW Discounts & Broadspeed Fees

I'm looking to order a new Z4 in the next month or two and had thought about using Broadspeed. I looked at their fees a while ago and i'm sure it was just a £99 intro fee to the dealer plus they said they would get commission from the dealer as well. Looking this morning it seems to have changed - there is now a 1% commission that I would have to pay as well as the £99.
Is this a recent thing? Are there other reputable brokers around offering a better deal? They are offering about 10% off the 2.5l version i'm after so it will be about £32k including extras. I suppose another £320 isn't a great deal in the end but is a bit annoying.
How are people getting on regarding getting discounts directly from dealers at the moment? Any suggestions in London/Home Counties/South East?
Final question - does anyone know when BMW increase their prices? Have heard various dates from April to June so not sure if one has just happened or if one is imminent.
