I'm 30, but my health age is coming out at 23!! I certainly don't feel it!

It says i can lower it by 5 years as well. Sounds good, i'd like to be able to feel 18 again! LOL

I'm 33, with a health age of 28. Could lower this by 7 years... apparently.

39 -> 30. I'd like to touch up 18 year old girls, too. Just go to your local uni bar. Oh, you didn't mean that.

Hm. Right now I feel and walk like I'm in my 50s. (Went climbing yesterday.)

I'm 25, got a health age of 28 and don't have anything exceptionally bad on the form. I've concluded it's st.

It makes you older if you're not married - clearly very scientific

What is interesting is when you put your age and height but change it to be pretty obese, diabetes, smokes 60 a day, drinks like a fish, no exercise and eats chips all day...
Real age 39 - Your health age is 77... but you could lower this by 36 years.

Real age, 21... Health age... 40. Probably got a lot to do with my smoking and partying habits!

I'm 22 health age 18 and I could lower it by 9 I'm guessing that'd be by cutting back on the booze.

I agree, when I put my height and weight in, it condemned me as a fatty, doesn't account for muscle!
