E36 M3, Cats

Hi,

My E36 M3 3.0 requires new middle exhaust (CATS), genuine BWM ones are 1400 quid! What would be my best option, does anyone know of and trusted parts suppliers I could use? Or should I go aftermarket?

I fitted a X-pipe (decat) for which I paid £50. You'd need a 'friendly' MOT guy though.

I'd go second hand if I were you - Cotswold BMW break a lot of E36 3-series, try giving them a ring. Or try ebay. Alternatively I suspect high-flow sports cats are cheaper than new OE from BMW.
