Tamora caliper reconditioning
Discussion
The brakes on the tamora are not looking great. The inside faces are extremely rusty and they Judder a lot under braking. I have ordered some new pads and discs which I am happy to fit myself buy I have a bad feeling that the inner pistons on both front calipers may well be seized. I guess I will only find out when I start to take it all apart. Question is. If they are then is there somewhere trusted I can send them to be reconditioned? I have had a look at all the usual places and even on ap facings website but can't find anything obvious. Has anyone been here before? I think replacements are about £250 each which seems a lot if I can get them repaired.
Thanks in advance for any info you may have.

they will recondition them and paint them for you, haven't used them myself but a friend did on his porsche and they came back looking and working great.

Big red told me they can't do AP calipers.
You could try AP themselves or Godspeed.

No problem. All sorted now. The pads were very tight in the calipers (read siezed) a good clean up and new pads and discs fitted and the car is now transformed. Thanks for the advice though everyone. I did have a look on AP website but it seemed to just direct you to other specialists for reconditioning.
