Chicken and Chorizo
Discussion
Wife out tonight and I've just had a shufti in the fridge to see what I could have for dinner tonight.
We've got:
Chicken
Chorizo
Peppers
Onions
Cheddar
Brie
Ham
Creme fraiche
Leeks
White wine
as well as the usual suspects of milk/butter/oj and store cupboard essentials like spices, baked beans, stock cubes etc etc
Now, this is kind of suggesting a risotto (we've got arborio rice) but anyone got any other interesting suggestions?

If you also have potato and crusty bread I suggest:
chicken
chorizo
onion
potato
white wine
chicken stock
In a stock pot fry of first 3, add next 3, bung in oven for 45mins till potato cooked through. Eat with crusty bread and drink lots of dry white wine.
Very simple yet delicious.
Mmmm, no crusty bread (but we might have some of those part-baked baguettes).chicken

I might just try that. Cheers!
With regards to a pot-noodle and w
k, we haven't got any pot-noodles and the mrs will come home pissed and (hopefully) randy so no need for a tug
And we live out in the sticks, no takeaways will deliver and I can't go out unless I take the kids with me
they'll be in bed by 8 and it's time for food and whisky
