Do people watch this type of programme just so they can be annoyed?

Saw this the other week with the 24 year old 'playboy' from Brentwood who had something like £800k to spend and whose only decision each day was wether to go to the golf course or the gym.

Couldn't watch another episode of this. rolleyes

I had a look just to check if anyone was going to be a self made person so worthy of the title. I soon switched over.

I made a calculated assumption that I would not like this show...I was right by the sounds of it:

Their target demographic is young people who want to be the people who are being filmed.

It was a bit nauseous but being rich at 19 for whatever reason doesn't make you a prat, just lucky. I thought the girlie in Wilmslow was rather nice smile

If you think this is bad, wait to see the blatent rip off of "The Hills" that Channel Four are showing next week. Something to do with Chelsea?

I've only seen the trailer and there is one guy on there whose face I want to punch until he starts guggleing blood bubbles.

I caught a bit of this. All three were really bloody annoying, which is no doubt the point of the show, but it's also interesting that it wasn't their own money that was being used to buy, rather their parents.

So I'm not really sure what the purpose of the show is other than to annoy, or is it now an aspiration to do fk all and have your parents buy everything for you even at 25?

They were annoying, yes. But the guy who plays golf looks to have an alright time of it.

The self proclaimed 'Playboy' should have it pointed out that he's really really not one. Buying a Chalet-bungalow is not exactly Sultan of Brunei levels of hedonism
