Motorsport shop in Notts/Derbys?

I'm looking to buy a helmet for trackday use (car) but would like to try before I buy. Does anyone know of any shops in the Notts Derby area? There used to be one on the Donington circuit but I can't find it via Google - is it still there? Contact details?

could also be worth trying CNC at Daybrook Nr arnold (just on the A60) as they sell motorbikes and tonnes of helmets etc, that where i brought mine from. Dont seem to remember Roadrunners selling helmets (used to spend alot of time in there when i was a kid, but could be wrong)

If its just for trackdays buy a cheap motorbike helmet £50 upwards. Loads of bike shops around - There was one in Kimberley but not sure if its still open.

Just thought I'd update the thread incase anyone else does a search in the future. I found these guys http://www.simpson-helmets.eu/ (Custom Cruisers UK) just off the A38 (Alfreton turn. Very helpful and friendly bunch with a large selection of MSA approved helmets and some very nice bikes!

Yes bring on the sun although I think it will be quite interesting seeing you on those A048 tyres in the wet
