Diesel Smoking after idol

My 2004 BMW 320CDS has an issue where if i idol for too long when i pull away it will chuck out blue smoke really badly, it will clear straight up after a good load of right foot. Doesnt smoke other wise and theres no loss of power or clunks or any other symptons.

Would love to know what im dealing with but i have it going to a garage very soon.

Either valve guides going or turbo on way out, the latter most likely

ive heard someone say that it could be a filter which sits below the oil filter for some sort of breather pipe? could this be clogged of oil and causing the problem?
