I once moved a car around my Dad's farmyard in a similar manner (he broke a few cars and I was probably 13)

Pushed brake pedal, bucket tipped backwards, would have crashed (at a heady 10mph) if anything was in front.

You have to watch your fingers don't get trapped too - unbelieveable that someone would do it on the road
