Morning guys.

I`ve got a trolley jack, but how do these work / fit, and which one do I need (997 S) ?

IMO early, pre 89 very useful ..............the later round, with a peg ones complete waste of time especially if u have a low car !
if u can get over to St Albans area i ll dig mine out and u can have it free!

Doh, didn`t think about height rolleyes

Thanks Vic, think I`ll stick a 10mm thick piece of rubber on the jack instead.

I have one on my 996 turbo with coilovers and its very good indeed, bought off fleabay for 15 quid and worth every penny! less chance of damage.

Do u get it off the ground with ur bagpipes first ? Sorry......... if op still has car i think he has even with light aluminium jack [ fairly low, flat plate ect] it really wont fit .........................

Get a lightweight ali jack -all seem to have rubber pad.

And AO, you don't use the feckin cill!!! eekwink

Piece of rubber or a piece of wood cut to shape works well.
