Having seen it and sat in it and heard the engine note, I can say that the mule shots do not do it justice.

AndrewD, I think I read you've got one on order on another thread. What colour and when are you expecting delivery?
Yes, I went for matt white ad personem colour with shiny black wheels. It is the first customer car at my Swiss dealer, we're not sure when deliveries will actually start but we're guessing June since the dealer demos come in May. You?
Nice,

You're well ahead of me. I didn't put my deposit down until after we went to the factory so mine's not coming until next summer. I've got the MP4-12C coming in June so that will satisfy my hunger while I wait. I haven't confirmed colour yet, I'm torn. My LP640 is in a grey (Grigio Telesto) which I love but was considering Orange too (very different I know) for the new car. I'll look forward to seeing some pics of he Matt White car.

Out of interest, do you have a Murcielago and if so will you keep it after the new car comes?

Congrats on the McL.
I had a 670SV for a year, sold it last summer when I got the 16M which personally I'm enjoying far more.

I'd love to see someone brave go for the Blu Hera.

The Royal blue (unsure of correct name)on the Murci is wonderful and the rarity appeals...

I personally prefer the monterey blue for Lamborghini's, especially the proper V12's biggrin

I used to have blu hera murcielago and would definitely choose it again! Closest thing to a 'low profile' Lamborghini - which is not a bad thing sometimes!!

I have no idea what the colour code was but even though it looks slightly flat in the photo above, it had a great metallic look off it. Yea the photos were taken in Marbella in 2009. Haven't seen it since.

Liked it better in the first photo - when I thought it was a sort of flat blue - a bit like Porsche Riviera but darker!

I am pretty sure that colour is monterey blue as mentioned above.

Is the murcielargo actual paint or a wrap. I know the OP stated it looked different in the flesh but the photos make it look like a matt wrap.

The blue one? It's metallic paint.

What, may I ask, the fk are 'crepuscular sensors' in the context of a drop dead gorgeous thing like this?

I was reading the brochure thingy above in anticipation of my numbers popping out this evening. I need to know exactly what I'm dreaming about, as I'd hate to appear an idiot at the dealers tomorrow.

Crepuscular animals hunt at dawn and dusk, so we figured that it was a weird and wonderful way of telling you that the lights come on when it starts to get dark and go off when it's light.
