Absolutely outrageous that the authorities haven't kept the PH massive fully informed of their findings. That's a bit of a history re-write! It's a matter of record that the outcome of the democratic, constitutional processes in Ukraine in 2013 was in favour of closer ties with Russia, not the EU.
