I have a pork loin to use tonight, ideas? Thought about some Asian based thing, honey sesame-esque.

Spatchcock chicken with Lime & Chilli rub on the BBQ before the rains come in. Homemade flatbreads and citrus couscous.

Gotta say I've got a taste for this stuff, nice cayenne vibe and can be pepped up with a bit of Frank's for an extra kick in a wrap:

I beer canned one on Sunday, on the Weber. The rub was Chilli powder, Cumin, garlic powder, brown sugar and salt. Grubbed with lemon juice to act as a binder. Was just like Nando's. No measures just threw it together. Next time i'll spatchcock it like you have shown as it was a little precarious stood on a 1664 can biggrin

Given the incoherent ranting you’ve been doing on the pizza thread about people bothering to tweak dough recipes maybe you should read this:

I had German doner kebab soup for my dinner tonight. Yes, you read that right.

It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever eaten (and I’ve eaten military ration packs, Compass catering at various naval bases and Sodexho catering in a number of police stations). It was pretty close, though...

Would not recommend.

The rice looks particularly good.

Homemade chilli (not jailhouse, though I'd like to try that soon!) served on nachos.
Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, homemade guac and a few jalapenos.

Try it with Orso pasta instead of the rice with cubes of feta cheese added at the end. Looks like you may have done but add turmeric, paprika and a lot of coriander
