Just for future reference, this post was made in reply to a now-deleted post from Simonw67, one of the yapping puppies who joined in when some of the bigger boys began trolling my thread.

I see he has now deleted all his posts, poor guy doesn't have the courage of his convictions.

At the risk of treating this topic with more seriousness than it deserves, here’s the actual answer:

A Rolex, so non-watch people will know it’s ‘expensive’ and the ultimate ‘brand’. Watch enthusiasts will be notice it as a new style for the Explorer model. Its’ bi-metal so eye-catching. It’s versatile to wear in most situations if you only have one watch.

£10,000ish, so pocket-change territory for the OP but, importantly, firmly out of reach of even the wealthiest PH’er. Think that covers everything.
