Not just the quotes that are, er, quotable. There are so many other plot/visual "catch phrases".

The disagreeing on-screen and spoken intro titles.
The guest star being offed before the credits have finished (or very soon after) IIRC.
The non-frozen freeze-frame (if you follow smile ) endings.
The lift in the Police Station in which Frank is often talking to Ed and unlikely get in on various floors - opera singers, divers etc all while the conversation continues with no reactions smile

Sledge Hammer borrowed some of the same team, notably Tino Insana, and was very funny too.

I still also like the theme to the seemingly long-forgotten "All Quiet on the Preston Front" - "Here I Stand" by The Milltown Brothers.

Topically, the episode in which they were all suffering from a lethal virus of which Captain Trunk seemed to be immune.
Hammer's take on the situation: " Maybe it doesn't affect Captain's "

Yes indeed .. "Spartacus - Adagio" by Khachaturian. A beautiful piece of music and perfect for that series.

Well, I’m sure most of these have cropped up earlier, but my top three themes are:

Third: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FRLJYbXHAuI
Second: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1qDy4OMAkgY
First!: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=IldiTo2ZMNg

I run a weekly music quiz on Twitter and these were the top three when we did ‘TV Themes’.
