I'd be more concerned if they landed and said "take us to your leader" and then Trump is put infront of them and they take it as an insult that we try pass off the orange faced buffoon as the leader of the free world, they'd never buy it and probably go mental with us for trying to pull one over them.

Thank you Private Eye.
Genuinely hadn't seen that, however the joke is pretty easy to get to.
Opening skit of this week's SNL. hehe

Apparently, it smells like victory, with hints of nepotism, corruption and musk

So now it seems the buffoon's "I was bugged by Obama" claim wasn't meant to be taken literally: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/03/13/donald-...

Has there really been almost 36 hours between posts in this thread?

Or did I miss something again?

More lies more misdirection. Hardly surprising though as he's capable of little else.

And yet Fox News manages to avoid putting this story anywhere in its front page right now. There is the upwards of 40 stories linked on the front page, but not this one.

Instead they lead with "Analysis of Obamacare repeal bill shows millions would drop coverage, but costs would fall"

Perhaps that should be "costs would fall because millions would not get health care".

"Spicer said Trump wasn't referring to wiretapping when he tweeted about wiretapping"

banghead

So basically Trump can say anything and mean absolutely anything but unlikely what he actually said.

When you need a dozen people to have to explain what the leader ACTUALLY meant, then you have a problem.

(Not unlike Jeremy Corbyn actually).

Being serious, what will happen if this guy has to attend any really important meetings with other world leaders?

My hunch is that they will make him sit in the corner with an iPhone so he can twitter to his heart's content whilst the grown ups can get on with the serious business

I hope your hunch is right, otherwise we are in for a real mess.

Its not explaining what he means, its a political ambulance placed at the bottom of a cliff.

He means what he says, because he's stupid and ignorant and doesnt have speech writers.

No one else seems to agree and it takes days of spin doctoring to come up with some crap to deflect the issue.

Hopefully he will spend even more time on the golf course and not try to be a president.
