Has the format changed? Another episode that is not "24 hours in Police Custody"
Had the same thought. All a bit odd, again.

Looks like there might be another crime about to be dealt with.

Producer asking a leading question about why the chicken shop is so profitable, a previous conviction for drugs, and a lingering shot of a sign saying it's a cash-only business... it's not about the chicken
The officers response shouted volumes.

Can’t believe the solicitor went to the chicken shop and made a quip to another customer about ‘not being in breaking bad.’

I believe he was a Luton officer at one time - that was mentioned in one of the early series

That was the white solicitor who cropped up here and there in the first few series - he was definitely previously Police, possibly a detective.
The guy in tonight's episode has made quite a few previous appearances, but I don't remember them saying he was an officer previously, thought I may be mistaken.

That result at court is absolutely mind blowing. 2 yrs 8 months for that much drugs. The white guy at the ends summary “ it’s easier to get drugs in Luton town centre than….peri peri chicken”. You would hope that they all walked as there are other investigations that might be prejudiced. Was the jury got at?

Bit of a pointless episode it highlighted how you get off Scot free waving machetes around, storing kilos of drugs and having loaded gun.

Firearm offence I mean how in flying F**k did he get off?

Jury seriously been tampered with there.

Why did I find myself feeling quilty for the skag head as well lol

Was I wrong to think the guy who got hit with the hot oil, sounded like a gibbering chicken as he ran away.

I cannot begin to imagine how the police must feel after such a travesty - despondent in the extreme.

That’s what happens when you order your chicken extra hot…
