What's a mickey take is they charge you £360 to add F+R parking sensors on all models of Kodiaq, even on the Edition which already includes rear sensors.

Floor mats extra too..
Only the Scout has front and rear as standard. The S has neither and all other models have Rear.
£360 gets you front sensors on all models that have rear sensors already.

As someone said earlier, SE Tech has both - it's been out a year and is featured on the website but weirdly not mentioned in the price list.

Perhaps I have missed it, but, B-Class on their website doesn't appear to exist!

Hi,

Decided to jump on the leasing bandwagon after years of PCP agreements, which I actually treated more like a lease - lowest deposit and hand it back!

Leasing makes sense to me, I dont want to untie my cash from its investments and am happy essentially 'renting', I'm also crap at keeping cars beyond 30 months (at a stretch) so 3+23 is ideal.

I've read through here for words of wisdom, there are many! I was after a Golf R estate but with various searches over the last 2 days have all sorts in the mix, including the V90.

My GLC has just been returned and I'm still leaning towards a fast estate. I'm happy to do the leg work and find the deal but I have 2 questions you may be able to help with (don't worry, I won't mention GAP!).

1. Coming into Q4, are we likely to see end of year deals, or is towards the end of any month the best time for a deal (if they are short against quota). Any logic to it or do the best deals just pop up randomly?

2. Millions of leasing companies I seem to have looked at, are there any specific ones worth keeping an eye on for the type of motor I'm after, or that tend to offer the best deals?

Best R deal I've found so far for 3+23, 8k (actually its 10k) is £341.17 inc, whacking admin fee of £360. If i total it all up that's £9230.42 which is 26% of the £35555 list, so pretty average from what i've read here?

Cheers,

James.

Thats about the going rate at the moment. I believe the funder is Arval on these ones (rather than VWFS who arent supporting it at the moment by what I have heard from brokers and dealers).

Having played the game for a little while my thoughts are as follows:

1. The current Q3 has been poor which you can see from the amount of chat and bickering about GAP smile. My own feeling is this isnt anything specific to Q3 its just this particular time window has been when the emissions thing has hit and manufacturers have throttled numbers rather than have cars knocking around that they need to off load. Each quarter seems to have steady deals across it with occasional bargain bucket specials like the S4 and especially the S6 estates I missed out on at Easter which was just too soon for me. When you see something like this JFDI else you'll miss out. Oh, and there were some GLE's punted out mid way through the summer that I recall being decent too, but limited numbers. It also helps to be flexible, if you want one specific model you're severely limiting yourself. Anyway I recently ordered a Santander V90 so am happily out of the game, I should avoid this board for a while and especially Q4 on Monday just in case I end up kicking myself!

2. CHL dot com and Whatcar are where lots of people surf the deals.

And when you find one dont forget to share it

Cheers

It's not clear when people talk about these perecentages what period that's over.
For instance someone said the ipace deal was great at 15% but that was for only 5k miles and over 18 months not 2 or 3 years

Thanks, all makes sense.

I'm in no rush and am.prepared to be semi flexibke in what I want, around make and model while still fitting the loose brief.

I'm in no hurry, happy to shobe the PCP payment for Ocotber into a 30 day rental from Sixt or somebody and see what crops up, if it looks lime a factory order then may buy a £500 runabout or keep a rental on depending on the timeline.

Hoping Monday is kind :-)

The percentage good/bad always used to be based 2 years 10k per year, which the deal quoted in this is.

This may sound like a stupid question, but does anyone know what the deal is with the Soul EV 50kWh?

Jet Vehicle Finance Has one for £250 on 3+23 @ 10k.

https://leasing.com/independent-brokers/jet-vehicl...

But according to Kia there is no 50kWh model?? But garages like this - https://www.hawkins.co.uk/kia/new-cars/soul-ev/?Mo... have it listed too?

The only Soul on sale now is the 30kWh model, which is about that price on a 2yr deal, so I wonder if some system has just typed it in wrongly

Looking at the specs it's a 30kWh battery but the DC charger can do 50kW
Someone may be confused wobble

This is happening in many places, it is something about how CHL populate their pages. The charging details seems to be pulled through in the description rather than the battery size. It is the same for the BMW i3. When you look at the tech specs on CHL, it says 50 kw on the battery charge 'type'.

Some quotes today from a BMW dealer, they're going to rerun Monday to see if any difference. I've not done any maths on them but on the face of it the 140i and M2 look reasonable, 2 series not so much.

NOTE- You need to be on a company car allowance for these apparently.

BMW M140i M Sport Shadow Edition 5 Door Hatch Auto

M2 Competition Pack DCT
