Hello
Here`s my 1972 Triumph Stag, with 3.9L RV8, 5 speed LT77 gearbox and BMW rear suspension / transmission transplant, and a few bits of trim missing.

Not too sure what you'll make of this. It's a 1936 Austin 16 with a few "subtle" modifications. Back in the late seventies the owner completely rebuilt it as a hot rod to a very high standard. It's now running a 4.2 XJ6 motor, MK10 running gear, a parallel four bar front end, Jaguar I.R.S., discs and power steering. To my mind it's a fantastic mix of old and err...not so old, I fell in love with this car when I first saw it nearly thirty years ago and missed the opportunity to buy it about ten years back. But it's mine now! It needs a bit of work to sort it but should be back on the road in the near future...

Would suit some larger deep dished black wheels with a simple chrome hubcap IMO, without the ' spokes ' !

A pity BL hadn't produced that in the first place.

G

"Just" a 2.3, but very healthy as only 55k.
Really I need to rename myself as I haven't been dailting a Monza for a few years now, but ho hum.
What can I say, 1975 Vauxhall 2300S, largely original except lower, wider, white lettery, steering wheely. Having a well deserved winter rest.

Not my car... but I am in awe of it
A few more details in the Essex section - it has a quite a bit going on under the bonnet:
'8 litre twin superchargers. Was 900 hp have now tamed it down to 650'
